JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Mitt Romney is predicting a big win in Tuesday's Florida Republican presidential primary. The former Massachusetts governor is the heavy favorite.

Florida normally awards 99 delegates but because it moved its primary to January without permission from the Republican party, the state will be allowed to seat only 50 delegates at the Republican National Convention.

Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich has fallen in recent polls after winning the South Carolina primary but he's vowed to keep fighting, saying the GOP isn't going to nominate "a liberal Republican.''
