DURHAM -- The N.C. Central Eagles added 9 players to shore up its offensive line and boosted its defensive line with 6 linebackers.
“We’re extremely excited,” said Head Coach Henry Fraizer III. “We think this is a very, very good signing class. It will definitely build on the class we had last year. This year’s class is really off the charts.”
Among the 27 signees, nine are offensive linemen, averaging 6 foot, 3 inches, and 283 pounds. The defense received a boost with six linebackers, five defensive backs and two defensive linemen.
